PrimeBeef is a family-owned Philippine brand bringing quality imported meats to both home cooks and business buyers across the country. Established and trusted, but their website wasn't keeping up — it felt dated, didn't communicate the premium nature of their products, and made shopping harder than it needed to be.
They also had a bigger shift underway: moving away from a custom inventory system that wasn't working for them, toward Shopify — and they needed the redesign and migration to happen together, not separately.

We led the UX and visual redesign end-to-end, then managed the Shopify migration in close collaboration with developer James V. over about three months.
The core design challenge was making the site feel worthy of the product. PrimeBeef carries quality cuts — the site needed to say that before anyone read a single word. We restructured the homepage to lead with product categories right away, so customers land and immediately know where to go. No searching, no guessing — just a clear, easy path to what they're looking for.
We also integrated their rewards program directly into the platform, turning it from a feature request into a natural part of the shopping experience.

Since launch, PrimeBeef has seen growth in email sign-ups — a direct result of the rewards integration — and an uptick in B2C sales. More than the numbers, the site now feels like the brand it actually is: premium, approachable, and easy to trust.
